Onsite
Support carried out in your home or workplace.
$142/hr (min. is 1hr, charged in 30min increments)
Workshop
Support carried out in the Cutting Edge IT workshop (Highbury). Note that jobs carried out in the workshop are generally cheaper as only contact time with the computer or device is counted (e.g. 2 hours waiting for data to transfer will not be counted!).
$120/hr (min. is 30mins, charged in 30min increments)
Remote
Includes support carried out via the telephone and remote desktop software (TeamViewer).
$120/hr (min. is 15mins, charged in 15min increments)
Generally travel within the Adelaide Metropolitan area is not charged for.
However if travel distance exceeds 25mins from the Adelaide GPO then this may incur a fee. This will be advised at the time of booking.
Free or $119/hr if advised
All bookings are treated as priority when possible. However, in the instance where other bookings have to be postponed to make way for someone else, then there is a priority charge. This will be advised at the time of booking.

Buying in bulk saves money by requiring less invoicing, which can be passed on as a 5% discount. This also means less processing of accounts for clients (you’ll receive a link to a tracker that shows notes and usage). With no expiration date, this can also be a great way of locking in the current rate.
Onsite Hours
Buy Onsite hours in blocks of 10 or more and receive a 5% discount.
$1353 (per block of 10hrs)
Remote/Workshop Hours
Buy Remote/Workshop hours in blocks of 10 or more and receive a 5% discount.
$1143 (per block of 10hrs)
Combo Hours
The Combo is a 50/50 split of Onsite and Remote/Workshop hours and is therefore essentially a block of 5 Onsite hours plus 5 Remote/Workshop hours. The cost of the 2 above blocks has been split in half and added together (eg. $676.50 + $571.50).
